Due to the influence of storage conditions, transportation, applicability, and other factors, the product quality needs to remain stable over a long period. Also, the portability and practicality of the design need to be considered. To meet the various needs of such products, WiseNano has developed a new customized desiccant product called WisePoly polymer desiccant.
WisePoly’s technology uses a blend of polymer and desiccant particles that are injection molded or hot pressed, resulting in excellent moisture absorption properties. Desiccant particles can slowly and continuously absorb moisture in the package and reduce oxygen activity. After precise treatment with nanotechnology, the proportion of desiccant content in WisePoly can reach up to 60%. WisePoly controls the humidity rate inside the package to maintain the stability of product quality and meet the needs for the long-term preservation of products.
WisePoly offers these properties in a variety of application scenarios and is suitable in pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, food, and cosmeceutical packaging. WisePoly works in various types of packages: stick packs, tablet packaging, and diagnostic reagent bag.
